Cray Networks was established in 1999 when owner Ryan Gray came to the realization that "service" was severely lacking in the IT industry as a whole. Nobody knew what customer service was and technicians typically had no previous business experience whatsoever. After using numerous providers and researching viable options he decided to take matters into his own hands. With a degree in accounting, numerous years of business experience and years of experience with IT sales to Fortune 500 companies, it seemed to be the natural thing to do. A business plan was developed to serve ALL aspects of the IT role. Looking at the economic impact of all possible solutions and working closely together with the client to choose a solution that best fits their needs is the roadmap to all projects at Cray Networks. However, what works well with one company doesn't necessarily mean it will work with others. We keep this in mind and constantly research the market for products that perform well and meet the individual needs of each company. Cray Networks has grown in many ways throughout the years. We now offer services in Austin and all surrounding areas. Our services have greatly expanded. We now have dedicated people for web design, telephone and data cabling, telephone system support, Macintosh support, application and Exchange hosting - not to mention our new technicians waiting to troubleshoot your network problems.

 

Good people make the company. We have found that education is very important for our employees but must be coupled with real world experience - therefore we only hire individuals that possess both assets. We believe our employees are at the top of their game and the difference is apparent.
