We offer many different payment plans and flexible options for you. Every business is different and we want to make sure you are getting what is right for yours.

Maintenance

Most companies feel more comfortable with a plan that prevents any problems versus one that just fixes them when they arrise, so we are very pleased to offer a maintenance plan for your office equipment.

We can do maintenance weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually - basically how often it is needed based on the amount of equipment you have. This work can be done remotely, onsite or both!

Maintenance includes, but is not limited to:

Performing software and operating system updates on all PCs and servers

Performing tune-ups on all PCs to optimize performance

Checking event logs for errors and resolving

Checking Anti-Virus status, cleaning infections and verifying updates and scans

Performing onsite e-mail, data and Windows updates

Installing any necessary Service Packs on any and all PCs

Performing or verifying backups of data & e-mail if available

Suggesting potential upgrades for hardware and software if necessary

Pay Per Incident

If you don't feel your company would benefit from a maintenance plan, we have just the option for you!

We offer a plan where you only pay when you need help! This is great for many businesses who don't find they have enough equipment to necessitate a full blown maintenance plan, but enough equipment that requires occassional help from IT experts.

We know you have your own job to do and don't need to be bothered with a computer crashing, printer not working, backing up data or any other IT issue, that's what we are here for!
